Six Core Principles of These Terms
These Terms are built around six core principles that define the relationship between 69bet and its players:
Strictly 21+ only. Age verification is mandatory for all withdrawals and may be requested at any time.
Each individual may hold only one 69bet account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension.
Players are solely responsible for ensuring deposits are made from payment methods registered in their own name.

Any dispute must be submitted within 30 days of the relevant event. 69bet's decision is final after full review.
Player Eligibility and Account Registration
To register and use a 69bet account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you access the Platform. Failure to meet any of these requirements at any point may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any balance held in that account pending identity verification.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register or use the 69bet Platform. Providing false date-of-birth information during registration is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and the forfeiture of any funds held in the account. 69bet will report suspected underage gambling to relevant authorities where required.
By registering an account with 69bet, you confirm that: you are at least 21 years of age; you are registering in your own legal name; you are not registering on behalf of a third party; you have not been self-excluded from the 69bet Platform or any connected platform; and all information provided at registration is accurate, complete, and truthful. You must promptly notify 69bet if any registered information changes.
You must provide your legal full name, date of birth, and a valid contact mobile number. This information must match the identity documents you provide during KYC verification. Providing false identity information is a material breach of these Terms.
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active 69bet account. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual (by matching name, mobile number, device ID, IP address, or payment method), all accounts except the first-registered account may be suspended and balances held pending review.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 69bet login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. 69bet will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
Account Operation and KYC Verification
69bet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and to verify player identity and age. KYC verification may be requested at any stage of your account's lifecycle — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, following a large deposit, or at any other time determined by our compliance team. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified will result in a temporary restriction on withdrawals until verification is completed.
69bet reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, or where fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected. In cases of confirmed fraud, money laundering, or underage gambling, any funds in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited. - Players must log out of their 69bet account on any shared or public device after each session to prevent unauthorised access.
- Account balances do not accrue interest. 69bet is not a financial institution and does not provide interest on any funds held in player accounts.
- Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative fee as notified to the player.
- Players are responsible for reporting any suspicious or unauthorised activity on their account to 69bet support immediately upon discovery.
- 69bet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Players who decline to provide requested documentation may have their account suspended and withdrawals frozen until documentation is received.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms
69bet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of the transaction. Currently supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. 69bet reserves the right to add, remove, or modify supported payment methods at any time and will notify players of material changes via a notice on the Platform.
All deposits and withdrawals on the 69bet Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Players are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their bank or payment service provider when funding their account from a non-BDT source. 69bet does not apply additional conversion markups on player transactions.
The minimum deposit for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200. The minimum deposit for card payments (Visa, Mastercard) is ৳500. Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be credited and will be returned to the originating payment method.
Withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket wallets are processed with a target turnaround time of 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank) are processed within 1-3 business days. 69bet reserves the right to extend processing times during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or pending KYC verification.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 69bet account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. A player must have completed at least one qualifying deposit and wagered the full deposit amount at least once before a withdrawal request will be processed. Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification before funds are released.
69bet does not charge a fee for processing deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider (e.g. bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges in accordance with their standard fee schedule. Players are advised to check the applicable charges with their mobile financial service provider before initiating a transaction. All transactions are processed in BDT and credited or debited at face value with no additional markup applied by 69bet.
Bonus and Promotional Terms
From time to time, 69bet offers bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and seasonal campaigns to registered players. All promotional offers are subject to individual promotional terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms will take precedence for that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all promotional offers made by 69bet to players registered in Bangladesh:
- Bonuses are credited to the player's bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The standard wagering requirement is stated per offer and typically ranges from 20x to 35x the bonus amount.
- Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified in each offer. Wagering on excluded games (typically live dealer tables with low house edge) does not contribute to wagering requirement completion.
- Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus balance and associated winnings that remain unwagered at the expiry time will be forfeited automatically. Players will be notified of bonus expiry via their registered contact details.
- 69bet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it is claimed. Once credited to a player's account, a bonus will remain subject to the wagering requirements stated at the time of crediting.
- Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or using a coordinated group strategy to exploit bonus terms — is prohibited and will result in account suspension and the forfeiture of all associated bonus winnings.
Sports Betting and Casino Game Rules
All sports bets placed on the 69bet Platform are subject to the specific betting rules for the relevant sport, league, and market type. In cases where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed in accordance with the relevant governing body's rules, 69bet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. For events rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, bets will generally stand unless stated otherwise in the sport-specific rules.
For live casino games — including but not limited to Evolution Gaming's Crazy Time, Lightning Roulette, and Speed Baccarat, as well as Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, and SA Gaming titles — game outcomes are final once the round is closed by the live dealer or the game engine. In the event of a software error or network disconnection during a live casino round, the game provider's official result log will be treated as the definitive outcome record. If no result can be confirmed due to a technical fault, the affected round will be voided and the player's stake returned.
In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event at 69bet's discretion — for example, during a wicket falling in a cricket match, a penalty in a football match, or during official review periods. Bets accepted prior to a suspension are valid. Any bets placed during a period where markets should have been suspended due to a significant event in the game may be voided by 69bet.
Prohibited Activities and Account Termination
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 69bet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, the forfeiture of any balance held in your account at the time of termination, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
- Registering more than one account on the 69bet Platform, or assisting another person in creating a duplicate account for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
- Using the Platform while underage (below 21 years of age), or providing false date-of-birth information or false identity documents during registration or KYC verification.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a manner that gives an unfair advantage over other players or that exploits vulnerabilities in game logic or odds calculation systems.
- Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, or using a payment method that does not belong to you or that has been reported as lost, stolen, or subject to a chargeback claim.
- Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any coordinated strategy designed to guarantee a profit from promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
- Transferring account balances or game credits to another player, or using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
69bet employs fraud detection systems and conducts regular audits to identify prohibited activity. Where prohibited activity is confirmed, 69bet will take all steps available to it under these Terms and applicable law, including account closure, fund forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities. Players who are aware of prohibited activity by other users are encouraged to report it to 69bet support via live chat.
Limitation of Liability and Amendments to Terms
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 69bet's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or from the player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arises. 69bet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
69bet does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and third-party service disruptions (including payment gateway outages or game provider server issues) may temporarily affect Platform availability. 69bet will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimise unplanned downtime and will communicate planned maintenance windows to players in advance where practicable.
69bet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be notified to players via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or to prevent fraud. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.
69bet shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms to the extent that such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond 69bet's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, Internet infrastructure failures, or acts of third parties.
All content on the 69bet Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 69bet or its licensors. Players may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express prior written consent from 69bet.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

These Terms are drafted in English. In the event that these Terms are translated into Bengali or any other language for the convenience of players, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the English and any translated version.
69bet is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and efficiently. All disputes must be submitted to 69bet support in writing within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered. 69bet's final decision on any dispute will be communicated to the player in writing. Players who remain dissatisfied following 69bet's final decision may seek independent advice through appropriate channels available to them.
